Mag tatanung lang po ako kung pano aayusin o anung requirement ang dadalhin ko . Kc po yung diploma ko gusto ko papalitan ng surname nung highschool. Sigua po kc ang surname ko sa diploma nung kumuha ako ng birth certificate zingalawa surname ko. Pnu po b gagawin ko? Sana po sagutin nyo to salamat po

Panu po ba babaguhin yung surname sa diploma .anu po requirement?
To confirm po ung DepEd policy/law on private schools – late payment of full tuition fees for final exam : the student can take the final exam with the Promissory Note to settle the account. So as not to deprive the honor student of taking final exam, to get/have the honor rightfully deserves. The school administrator/principal can just make hold on releases of student’s school credentials. please confirm/clear things on this kind of school proceedings, soonest time. thanks much.
